Dtech WebWorks provides digital services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile app development, software development, and AI integration. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in separate project proposals or contracts for each client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials produced by Dtech WebWorks, including code, designs, and content, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the intellectual property rights for the specific project deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in their contract.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined on a per-project basis. We typically require an initial deposit before work commences. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a pause of services or project cancellation.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dtech WebWorks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms.
